Hi Taz,
The guests will know by the return address you use on the invitation. That is where gifts are sent. If you have concerns about people attempting to send gifts to Mexico, you can verbally tell your family and friends and they can spread the word, but gifts shouldn't be mentioned in writing in an invitation.
Something to consider is that the Mexican postal service isn't reliable, so any gift, particularly envelopes that look like cards and might contain money, probably won't be received. Let your family and friends know that nothing should be sent to Mexico.
Occasionally moms or others who can't attend will try to order flowers or other items to be delivered at or near the time of the wedding. If someone should want to do that, have them contact the hotel directly and make arrangements through them. There are still no guarantees that you will get what is ordered, but this is the safest way. |

Wow! You're getting married in Mexico?? Why did you choose Mexico rather than hometowns in the states? |

Just out of curiousity, why does it matter where she's getting married? Is there something we should know??? |
