Hello! I am looking to receive any information regarding making wedding favors at home. I would like our wedding to be more personable...anyone with ideas? Any ideas are welcome regarding weddings...
Also, the bridemaids dresses will be periwinkle...any ideas on coordination of flowers? Our date is in Summer 2002, and our ceremony/reception is primarily outdoors - any suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
Sincerely,
An enthused bride-to-be |

An inexpensive favor that you can make at home is to use Hershey's Hugs and Kisses candies, place them either in a small bag (cellophane ones are available at crafts stores), or wrap them in a piece of tulle. Tie the top with ribbon, then attach a tag saying, "Hugs and Kisses from the new Mr. and Mrs." and include your names and the wedding date.
Periwinkle is a very popular color right now. Many brides use hydrangeas and/or delphiniums to get the right shade of blue, then fill in with white flowers or a mix of white, lavender and pink flowers.
