Any of the pastels would do and if you are looking at incorporating say lavendar then what about using it is a theme or colour or pick one or two other flowerd that you love. If it is to be a brunch then decorations could include nearly anything ie. centrepieces could be teapots etc with posies of widflowers in them , favors could be wildflower seed etc. etc. You could go with pretty floral material for attendants dresses etc (ie sundresses and sun hats if informal) or more elaboratre in 1 or 2 colours if more formal.
I personally think that your idea sound very pretty and airy and so nice, the wildflowers idea is very very pretty. I would stick around that theme if I was you. Are you planning an indoor or outdoor reception /ceremony??
For decorations anything floral, homely, country would do what about wicker basket filled with fruit and flowers, seeds and nuts around the area and on tables etc, this could also substitiue as part of your menu (the fruit asnd nuts that is). branches or little trees dressed with matching bows and flowers, I could go on
I hope this helps at least a little Starlight. Feel free to ask for more ifo if you want it.
Good luck and enjoy your wedding and planning |

Starlight,
i have been thinking further. What about a Victorian Tea theme or just a Victorian Theme. there are some great sites and ideas for this theme on the Net. With ideas for everyhting. It would fit with your morning wedding idea, and your music while eating ideas too. I hope this helps and good luck |

Hello, Gummibear--
What a lovely wedding you are planning, and how kind of you to describe it so fully for others to benefit from.
This is a great example of how a couple can combine different ideas with their own theme and tastes to come up with something unusual, personal and uniquely appropriate to their wedding time, place and mood.
Great ideas, great post!
