I'm planning to have a halloween wedding in 07 and I was wondering how to go about planning it. I was thinking of including my and his family in a lot of the services like photography and DJing. We haven't really told anyone yet except for a few close friends (his best man) and my parents. We're not going to have a wedding planner, my step mom has had 3 weddings and knows how they work. We're not having alcohol either because neither of us drink and many of the people we are inviting are too young to drink anyway. I was thinking of having the reception at a bowling alley since his family and friends are really into bowling too. We have the first dance, daddy/daughter dance, garter song, and mother/son dance music picked out already too. He wants to be Superman/Clark Kent, but I haven't fully decided on my costume/dress, the dresses I'm looking at are $400+ and I don't want to spend a whole ton of money.

About the whole wedding thing, I think I'm going to need a lot of tips and advice in the next 11 months.

ps:I'm going into the air force and I'll be gone for 6 weeks, but I should be back a week and a half before the wedding.
