What a lovely and meaningful idea. You will need to create your own wording for the invitation. Therefore, you may want to visit an invitations studio rather than trying to order from a catalog or on-line. The owner can help you create just the right wording and choose an invitation style that can accommodate the additional wording.
Assuming that your parents are hosting your wedding, you can begin by saying:
"Mr. & Mrs. John Smith request the honor..... at the marriage of their daughter....." then give the date, time and location. After that say, "Following the ceremony Mr. & Mrs. Smith will renew their wedding vows in celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary."
That should be sufficient to let everyone know what to expect.
Congratulations to all of you.
