| What you want to do should be fine. You can either ask guests to contact you, which will allow you to know how many may be coming, or you can include the direct phone number of the hotel where you are staying and tell them to call the hotel to make their own reservations. If you attempt to make reservations for them, you will have to guarantee the reservations on your credit card and you could be stuck if someone doesn't come at the last minute. Better to let each family handle their own reservations. |
