A wedding program is used at the ceremony, not at the reception. The only ones who need to know the order of events for the reception are the DJ/band leader, photographer and videographer, and the MC if you have someone other than the DJ making announcements. You and your coordinator should create a schedule or timeline of the events to occur at the reception with the approximate times, then your coordinator will share it with the merchants mentioned. If you don't have a coordinator, you will need to create your own schedule, then give several copies to the maid of honor and ask her to distribute them. Someone needs to be in charge of seeing that things flow in a timely manner.
