to transport food long distances to a wedding reception
Please help with ideas
for reception food that will be transported from Orange County to Las
Vegas. I need food that does not need to be cooked and/or can be
assembled easily. Refrigeration space is extremely limited.
To transport
food that far without access to much refrigeration, you will have to
keep it very simple. You might choose deli meats and cheeses,
vegetables, and fruit. If you have space, a pasta salad will transport
fairly well. Pack everything in zip lock bags to conserve space, then
place on the serving dishes when you arrive.
