You didn't mention how old the daughter is, but in general,
the other girl is a bit too young to handle too important a job.
A lot of times when there are more than one child under about
6 or 7, the cutest and easiest thing to do is to pair/group them up together
as flower girls. If one's a little older, they tend to guide (and sometimes
boss) the littler one, which can be both useful and cute.
If they are the same age, they often can walk arm in arm or
hand in hand, and that's adorable, too. So I'd suggest that both girls play
a "flower girl" style role, dress up and walk down the aisle in front of the
If the other girl was a little older, or if she's very poised
responsible, she *could* perhaps be given a job handing out
programs, confetti/bubbles/birdseed, or something like that. But those
jobs, in general, are better left to children who are a little bit older.
