Addressing and Mailing
Addressing
and Mailing Invitations
Unless you are using the
"A" list and "B" list method invitations should be mailed four to
six weeks before the wedding date to allow plenty of time for everyone
to make their plans and respond so that you can give sufficient notice
to your caterer/reception manager. All wedding invitations should be
mailed at the same time (with the exception of the "A" or "B" list
method.)
Outer envelopes are hand
addressed in black ink; names and addresses are not abbreviated unless
the titles are Mr., Mrs., or Dr.
