- Floral tape, white
- Floral wire
- Forget-Me-Nots , 8 clusters
- Glue gun
- Glue sticks
- Headband floral wreath, white
- Pre-made ribbon roses with leaves, 1 inch,
color to coordinate , 9
- Ribbon, satin, ¼ inch wide , 4 yards
- Ribbon, sheer, ¼ inch wide , 4 yards
- Ruler
- Scissors

| Instructions: |
- Glue ribbon roses and forget-me-nots into
pre-made wreath as shown in picture.
- Place wreath around child's head and adjust
length of wreath to fit circumference of child's head. Snap in place.
- Holding both ribbons together, tie a
multi-loop bow with 15 inch streamers. Use wire to attach bow to wreath where ends snap
together
