Now that I know all of this when should I mail the invitations, when should I expect a RSVP by?

Invitations should be mailed to out-of-town guests between 3-6 weeks prior to the shower and about 2-4 weeks prior for local guests.

The RSVP deadline should be 2 weeks before the shower, be sure to plan for guests that RSVP late or not at all. As this can frequently happen
